Do you have a question? See if it’s been asked before by browsing our frequently asked questions below. Otherwise, feel free to give us a call and our support team will get back to you.

1. How long does it take to register?

It normally takes no more than 1 working day.

2. What is my vending account?

Your vending account is your wallet from which you sell content.

3. How do I deposit money into my vending account?

You need to do an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank of your choice. Use your account number as reference number with no spaces. We also support cash deposits. The details for these depend on whether you operate a Kazang point of sale machine, or a Saicom Payphone. Your super dealer or account manager will supply you with these details.

4. What products can I sell?

You can see a list of all products that you can sell from the Kazang webstore store at the bottom of the webstore home page, as well as here. Products include airtime, data, electricity, DSTV, TopTV, value-added content and more.

5. What are the legal issues?

You can find all the terms and conditions in the disclaimer at the T&Cs page.

6. What is my vending account balance?

On the Kazang web store, you can view your balance at the top left hand box, right under your username. On a Kazang point of sale machine, you can run a report on the machine to check your balance.

7. What are the banking details of the accounts that I can to deposit money into.

You can find the banking details once you have logged in at My Account > Reports > Query Bank Details in the sites menu. (If you are using a mobile device, it is under Reports > Banking > Query Bank Details). If you are using a point of sale device, you can check these details on the device itself, or ask you super dealer or account manager.

8. How long does it take for my deposit to be reflected on my vending account?

It takes about 30 minutes for the deposit to reflect on your vending account balance from the time the money reflects on our account. Be advised though that each bank takes a different amount of time to transfer funds and to notify us.

9. What does: You have insufficient funds mean?

You do not have enough money in your vending account to be able to sell the content to the client. Please deposit more money into your vending account to carry on selling.

10. Why is the product list different after I have logged in than before I logged in?

Once you have logged in, the products you see listed are the products that you as vendor can sell. They may differ from what the site can sell. If you do not see a product that want to be able to sell, please contact your super dealer.
